Harriet Brown (wife to Richard Walter Brown) and Kate Brown. Looks to me mid 1890s. Lorraine has annotated the picture to the right as Jack and Elizabeth Brown (nee Sharp). I haven't identified a Jack Brown in my research (but he's there).
